University Policy 406 – The changes involve:
- removing certain disciplinary notations from transcripts,
- disciplinary action for improper and illegal use of IDs,
- newly required Alcoholic Beverages form,
- shortened time frame to petition for a rescission of expulsion,
- a change in group sanctions,
- use of an administrative Hearing Panel when there is a backlog of cases,
- guidelines for conducting closed session disciplinary hearings by the Hearing Panel, and statement that recordings made during disciplinary hearings become the property of the University.
