The Code of Student Responsibility has been rewritten and revised to (1) comply with current state and federal law and UNC system policies, (2) reorganize the Code to make it easier to read and navigate, (3) incorporate the supplemental Interim Regulations on Sexual Misconduct Complaints and Interim Regulations on Participation of Attorney or Non-Attorney Advocates into the body of the Code, and (4) clarify and update various terms and procedures to reflect current practices.
