Effective August 18, 2014, the Chancellor has approved revisions to University Policy 406, The Code of Student Responsibility. University Policy 406 has been revised to (1) comply with a new federal law, UNC Board of Governors policies, and additional guidance documents, (2) clarify the process for representation by licensed attorneys or non-attorney advocates, and (3) reorganize the process for handling Sexual Misconduct, Relationship Violence, and Stalking complaints so that the new, full-time Title IX Coordinator is an integral part of the process.
