These revisions align the Policy with Chapter VI (and specifically Section 604) of The Code of the University of North Carolina and UNC System Regulation 101.3.1.2[R], Regulation on Non-Reappointment, Denial of Tenure, and Denial of Promotion Under Section 604 of The Code.
