Revision of Student Grievance Policy

This rewritten Policy has been revised to clarify (1) the scope and applicability of the Policy, and (2) what types of grievances are appropriate for redress (and what types are covered by other policies and procedures). The rewritten Policy also encourages informal resolution and details the formal resolution process, establishing a revised Student Grievance Report form for submitting grievances. The formal resolution process identifies the Responsible Administrator who has authority to resolve the matter, removes the fact-finding panel option, and removes the opportunity for appeal of that decision.
