Isabel Alele

Isabel Alele joined the Office of Legal Affairs in 2021. Prior to assuming her position at UNC Charlotte, she worked for a boutique law firm in Winston-Salem that specialized in education and employment law. Isabel received a B.A. in Philosophy from Covenant College and a J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law. During law school, she interned for the Employee Classification Section of the North Carolina Industrial Commission and was involved in the Black Law Students Association. Isabel’s practice focuses on issues related to purchasing and contract services, materials management, research, compliance and risk management, construction, and real estate.
