The Office of Legal Affairs provides guidance on a wide range of contracts and business agreements that concern the University’s legal relationships with vendors, for-profit and not-for-profit organizations, government partners, and supporting organizations with which the University has collaborative relationships, all of which involve the consideration and management of risk exposure to the University. Business and Finance advice ranges from contracting for the acquisition or sale of goods and services, to those needed for real estate, construction activities, copyright and trademarks, and the maintenance of the University’s buildings and grounds.
