The Office of Legal Affairs maintains a current list of Notaries Public on campus, whose services are available to UNC Charlotte community members as designated below. These Notaries are volunteers and provide notary services at no cost.
Please call or email a Notary in advance, or use the self-scheduling link if available, to arrange a convenient time to meet. Be prepared to present photo identification such as a driver's license or UNC Charlotte identification card.
Note: The Office of Legal Affairs assumes no responsibility for the status of any listed Notary Public as being current. Faculty, staff, and students who engage the services of a Notary Public listed below are responsible for checking the Notary's stamp to ensure currency and validity.
