University Policy 406 -  The changes involve:

1. removing certain disciplinary notations from transcripts,
2. disciplinary action for improper and illegal use of IDs,
3. newly required Alcoholic Beverages form,
4. shortened time frame to petition for a rescission of expulsion,
5. a change in group sanctions,
6. use of an administrative Hearing Panel when there is a backlog of cases,
7. guidelines for conducting closed session disciplinary hearings by the Hearing Panel, and statement that recordings made during disciplinary hearings become the property of the University.
