The Code of Student Academic Integrity has undergone a number revisions, including clarifying the applicability of the Code in grade replacement and withdrawal situations; clarifying faculty obligations to pursue academic integrity cases; clarifying that when an accused student is a graduate student, the faculty and student members of the hearing panel must include graduate faculty and a graduate student, respectively; and clarifying certain hearing and records retention procedures.
