The tile of University Policy 716 has been changed from “Minors on Campus” to “Youth Protection Policy” to better align it with the Youth Protection program managed by Risk Management and Insurance and changes in industry terminology. Specifically, the Policy title “Minors on Campus” was misleading, since the Policy in fact covers
minors participating in programs and activities that are occurring both on the UNC Charlotte campus, as well as programs and activities involving minors that are under the control or direction of the University, regardless of location.
